Slater & Gordon lodged a class action for unspecified damages in the Melbourne Supreme Court on behalf of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and a further 80 companies operating 500 aircraft of mostly Moorabbin based aircraft owners and operators joined for a $100million class action launched by law firm Maurice Blackman Cashman in the Federal Court
