CASA has admitted to an inadequate surveillance of Whyalla Airlines last year that lead-up to a fatal aircraft accident that killed all 8 POB

The final report into the accident from the ATSB, concludes that lean fuel practices contributed to the aircraft's dual engine failure and that the airline should not be totally to blame because it was 'normal'

The former managing director, Chris Brougham, is looking for an apology and some financial compensation from CASA who closed him down
