            | October 2: In the USA, after the September 11 terrorist attack, the FAA have been issuing pilot
NOTAMS on a very regular basis as they to come to grips with what has happened

The FAA, similar to our CASA, do not appear to fully understand
             the light aircraft industry

Quote from the USA based Aero-News:-
"NOTAMS have run completely amuck in the past three weeks, as first one type of operation,
then another, has a change made to it. Sometimes,
the changes are just hours apart -- and contradictory. It's literally
             impossible to keep up..."

            | With the various public transport mediums under all sorts
of attack, the air and ground based private motor vehicles must now be expected to remain a significant part of the transport world well into the foreseeable future
