New Airport Charging System

June  12
Archerfield is to have a new streamlined charging system for all aircraft arrivals as from July 1, 2002

The new concept is to have one invoice to cover both the airport charge and the tower's controller charge; ..previously 2 invoices

There will be a minimum charge of $15.00 up to 2 tonne (?) of the aircraft certificated max. take-off weight and $7.70 per tonne thereafter

"Arriving before the tower opens to save on costs will no longer be of any real benefit!"
