Condition is "Green" for Steve Fossett and the Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer to depart on the record-breaking solo flight around the Globe
 
Steve's progress will followed by a Citation X chase aircraft utilising 3 pilots to try to keep up with the GlobalFlyer flying non-stop at max-range economy
 

The Citation travelling at max performance is expected to overtake Steve and be able to stop for refuelling before catching up again with Steve to repeat the "leap-frog" style flying
