FIVE SURVIVE CESSNA C-206 EMERGENCY LANDING IN WA

West OZ charter operator - King Leopold Air - had one of their aircraft carry out a forced landing south of Broome yesterday

The six-seat single-engine Cessna 206 with 5 persons on board landed in scrub - all on board sustained only minor injuries in the emergency landing

WORLD'S GREATEST AIR-SHOW STARTS TO-DAY

During the past week thousands of light aircraft headed for the largest air-show in the world at Wittman Field Oshkosh USA - included in the event were mass arrivals of 137 Beechcraft Bonanza's - 43 Cessna's - 37 Mooney's - 33 Van home-built's and 29 Comanche's

Another highlight was the landing of the unmanned Predator surveillance aircraft early last week with the 'captain' controlling and landing the machine from a control centre - a large semi-trailer type home - parked alongside the EAA runway
