 MATURE AGE MICROLIGHT PILOT SURVIVES CRASH AT TYABB IN VIC 


A 77-year-old microlight pilot from Brighton East in Victoria has walked away from the wreckage of his weight-shift controlled aircraft after a crash at the Tyabb Airfield on the Mornington Peninsula




The pilot apparently lost control during landing and veered off the runway and across a paddock before crashing into a concrete mixing factory on the edge of the aerodrome

 BRITISH PARAPLEGIC MICROLIGHT PILOT DAVE SYKES ARRIVES IN OZ 


Paraplegic microlight pilot Dave Sykes has arrived in OZ on his record-breaking solo flight from York in the UK to Sydney Australia




Dave reached the Mungalalu Truscott airbase on Australia’s north-western coast after a six-and-a-half hours of flying 'over-water' in the 500-mile portion of the Timor Sea leg and then headed north-east to Darwin
