A 44-year-old Gold Coast man along with his partner were arrested on arrival at Mackay Airport in north Queensland after a flight from Coolangatta



The man was charged under the Civil Aviation Safety Act with disorderly conduct whilst on-board an aircraft - his 39-year-old partner was subsequently released without charge



"It was alleged the man became abusive towards cabin crew after the couple were found together in the aircraft toilet"
