 HOMEBUILT LANCAIR EMERGENCY AFTER EXPLOSIVE DECOMPRESSION 

A father and son team were lucky to escape uninjured after the home-built Lancair IV they were in had the passenger side window blow out at 24,000 feet when en-route from Perth to Tasmania

The pilot - Stephen Robinson - was able to carry out an emergency descent and headed for the nearest airport of Adelaide in South OZ where emergency services were on standby

 AMERICAN AVIATORS SUCCEED IN GAINING PILOT's 'BILL-OF-RIGHTS' 

The American Senate has given unanimous approval towards a bill that remedies many of the most serious deficiencies in the relationship between general aviation and the FAA and ensures that pilots are - like everyone else - treated in a fair and equitable manner by the justice system

“It’s important to make sure pilots are treated fairly in their dealings with the FAA - I praise Senator Inhofe for his dedicated efforts to pass this legislation”
