 LION AIR BOEING 737 PASSENGER JET ENDS UP 'IN-THE-DRINK' AT DENPASAR 

A Lion Air Boeing 737 with 101 passengers and 7-crew members on board overshot the Ngurah Rai runway when landing on the resort island of Bali in Indonesia and crashed into the sea injuring 22 people

"...the Boeing 737-800 from Bandung to Denpasar overran runway 09 while landing in Denpasar-Bali and fell into the sea ...all passengers and crew were evacuated from the aircraft and there were no fatalities"

 SUPPORT FOR LIGHT AIRCRAFT MEDICAL EMERGENCY NIGHT FLIGHT IN PERU 

Residents of the remote Peruvian village of Contamana in eastern Peru came out in their hundreds on Wednesday night when the local airstrip needed lighting for an emergency medical night-flight

Almost 300 small motor-bike type vehicles turned up within 30-minutes of the radio station's call to light up the airstrip allowing the medically equipped Cessna Caravan with three patients on board to depart
