TIGER MOTH MISSING WITH TWO PERSONS ON BOARD NEAR STRADDIE

A search is under way to try and locate a vintage DH-82 Tiger Moth with two persons on board that has crashed into the sea off Stradbroke Island in S-E QLD
|
"...the biplane was on a joy flight ...near the Couran Cove resort on South Stradbroke Island ...wreckage has been spotted in the water"

CANBERRA BASED AIRLINE BRINDABELLA IN RECEIVERSHIP AFTER GROUNDING

ULTRALIGHT CRASH-LANDS AT ARCHERFIELD AFTER UNDERCARRIAGE DAMAGE

The pilot of an ultralight registered aircraft escaped uninjured when he carried out an emergency landing after one of the main undercarriage legs had failed

The high-wing SA-500 Starduster was extensively damaged during the landing with local area emergency services vehicles called in as a precaution
