A 69-year-old pilot of an as yet unidentified single-engine aircraft sustained only minor injuries after he lost control during the landing process and ran off the runway at Melbourne's Moorabbin airport

Police report "It bunny-hopped - one of its wings touched the ground and it veered onto a neighbouring runway.."
"..his wheel came off and that brought the plane to an abrupt halt"

A hot air balloon with 10 persons on board has carried out a successful landing in the front yard of a house in Hawthorn missing numerous power-lines in the process
