GRANDDAD HELICOPTER PILOT AND PASSENGER ESCAPE INJURY IN WA CRASH

The pilot of an as yet unidentified helicopter along with his 19-year-old passenger grandson were uninjured when the rotary-wing machine they were in clipped trees during take-off near Warmun in West Oz's Kimberley Region

"..the pair had landed for a short period of time so they could establish their bearings and check their map. When they attempted to take off again, the helicopter clipped a tree, causing it to roll and crash"
The pair were uninjured

TV MEDIA TO REPORT ON CHARTER TWIN EMERGENCY LANDING AT OBERON

The over-dramatised Beech 76 paddock landing during a Bankstown to Cowra charter flight 4-weeks ago is to be featured in TV Ch9's "60-Minutes"

The Basair Aviation College’s light twin was able to take-off from the paddock at Oberon a few days ago with the 60-Minutes crew on hand to record the departure
