 PILOT UNINJURED IN R44 HELICOPTER CRASH DEPARTING CENTRAL QLD STATION 

The pilot of an R44 helicopter was unharmed after the 4-seat rotary-wing he was flying struck powerlines during the take-off

Quoting from the ATSB investigation
"The pilot was uninjured and the helicopter was destroyed"
