A 50-year-old pilot has died after the late model Cessna 172 he was flying on a post maintenance flight impacted terrain and caught fire after an apparent 'loss-of-control' when turning onto final approach for landing impacting a suburban street about 400 metres from Moorabbin Airport in Victoria
"It took out power lines and caught fire"
