NINE INJURED IN HOT-AIR BALLOON HARD LANDING IN HUNTER VALLEY

GERMAN PILOT IN USA REGISTERED CESSNA 340 LANDING MISHAP AT LILYDALE  Mouse over Headline for Image
Mouse over Text & Image to Expand  RAIN AFFECTED GRASS RUNWAY A visiting overseas pilot is now planeless after the twin-engine Cessna 340 he was flying ran off the end of runway and collided with a fence whilst landing at Lilydale airport in the rain "The 63-year-old pilot and sole occupant was not injured"

LIGHT AIRCRAFT PILOT SERIOUSLY INJURED IN CRASH NEAR QUILPIE IN QLD
Mouse over Text & Image to Expand  PILOT INJURED ASSISTING MUSTER A 47-year-old light aircraft pilot sustained serious injuries after the yet-to-be-identified machine he was flying crashed into a paddock whilst assisting with a cattle muster near Quilpie in outback QLD "..He was transported in a critical condition with multiple fractures and internal injuries to the Princess Alexandria Hospital"
